The Embo workshop on Molecular biology of mitochondrial gene expression will take place 20 - 24 May in Svartsjö, Sweden.

The EMBO Workshop will assemble a selected group of leading scientists studying different aspects of mitochondrial molecular biology employing various types of organisms such as mouse, yeast and fly. Gathering these experts will allow to discuss and evaluate the molecular mechanisms of these processes in a broad and interdisciplinary perspective and define the future challenges in this urgent and fascinating research field.

The scientific lectures will take place at the Sånga-Säby Hotel & Conference.
